What We Look For

We have some basic hiring requirements, including that you hold a current practising certificate or a solid understanding of real estate. But it’s your other qualities that will really mark you out as having Champion potential. 

We look for people with personality, passion for the industry and who are action-oriented.  It’s the combination of all of these with your people skills and ‘can-do’ approach that we look for to enable our Champions to build solid and sustainable relationships with our clients.

On a personal level, we’re looking for people we’ll enjoy working with – after all, we’ll be spending a lot of time together.  You’ll also have to share our obsession with outstanding results.
